This photo was taken at sunrise in the Hooker Valley, Mt. Cook National Park, New Zealand. On a rare clear day, camping on the skree of the Hooker Valley, this was a wonderful sight to wake up to.

The moon rises above the Lincoln Memorial on Washington DC's National Mall. Millions of tourists scramble up the marble steps to share Lincoln's view of the Washington Monument and the Capital. Seemingly alone In the soft light of a cold fall evening, Lincoln sits on his throne.

One of the first photos shot with my new digital SLR Nikon. This picture was taken in the spring on a late afternoon in Golden Gate Park.

Sometimes you just can't capture the right colors of a scene through a lens. The deep blue sky and white sand were brought out with a polarizing filter. The water, yeah, it was that color.

Spring in Washington DC shouldn't be missed by anyone. Cherry blossoms and Tulips surround the Mall and the Capitol. This picture was taken with a Canon sd100 digital camera.

I shot slide film throughout a trip through New Zealand and Fiji. The colors and crisp lines were captured perfectly. An example is this picture taken at twilight with a 50mm lens on my Canon GII SLR.
