We're getting married next spring (2006)
in Mill Valley California, at the Outdoor
Art Club. The ceremony will be outdoors in the late afternoon/evening
(below right), so please prepare for cool weather. The rest of the
party will be inside the Art Club, including dancing (!). |

We recommend three different hotels in Marin for those coming
from out of town:
Panama Hotel
- Built in 1910, this 14-room bed and breakfast inn and restaurant
is located in San Rafael. The two building inn, connect by a garden
patio, has been compared to New Orleans, Key West and South America.
Bar and restaurant located in hotel, downtown San Rafael a short
walk. Rooms range from $75-$185 ($75 rooms have no bathroom in
the room).
Larkspur
Landing Marriott - Located in Larkspur Landing across from
the San Francisco Ferry and the Marin Airporter, with easy access
to HWY 101. The closest to Mill Valley, with the San Francisco
bay a short walk across the street. Starting at $159/night for
a standard queen room. Make sure to mention “Buckley-Wasserman
Wedding : BUCS” when making your reservation.
Embassy
Suites San Rafael - 235 deluxe two-room guest suites located
next to the Marin Civic Center and HWY 101. As with most Embassy
Suites, restaurant, bar, gym, etc available. Suites start at $179.
Getting from SFO airport to Marin and beyond easily - Marin
Airporter
The airporter leaves SFO about every 30-40 minutes, makes stops
along 101, Larkspur, downtown San Rafael, Petaluma, etc

What
to do in Northern California |
In the spring, San Francisco should
be without fog, and Marin/wine country should be warming up. If
you have a day or two (or just an afternoon), there's lots to do
- hiking, biking, and surfing throughout Marin - and further north,
California's wine country...
Hiking,
Beaches, Biking, etc
